**VISITOR PASS LINK FOR ALL NON-DOD CARD HOLDERS**
For volunteers planning to support the 6th Annual NFH Concert & BBQ on June 14, 2026, please use the special event access link below to request installation access. The registration link is now active, and applicants should receive an approval or denial notification by text message within approximately 24 hours.
Volunteers who are approved will be instructed to report to North Fort Hood and present a valid driver’s license or government-issued identification upon arrival. Approved guest information will be coordinated with ACP 19B for event access processing.
If an individual is not approved through the online process, they will receive an automated notification directing them to the Visitor Welcome Center for additional screening and processing requirements.
Please note: this registration process is available to U.S. citizens only, and all volunteers must possess a REAL ID-compliant identification card in order to gain access to the installation.
